Dr Michael L Talbot

Dr Michael Talbot is an academic Surgeon based at St. George Public Hospital.
He has broad training and experience in the more complicated aspects of
laparoscopic surgery including multiple types of weight loss surgery, cancer
surgery and therapeutic endoscopies.
He has a strong interest in weight loss research and has close to 600
patients in follow up at present from a range of laparoscopic weight loss
procedures.
Dr Talbot gained a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons
in
2001 and is a member of the
Obesity Surgery Society of Australia and New Zealand (OSSANZ), the Society
for Surgery on the Alimentary Tract and the American Society
of Gastrointestinal Endoscopists.
