Dr. Craig Taylor
MBBS (Hons), FRACS
Craig Taylor is an Australian Surgeon specialising in keyhole obesity surgery. He graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 with Honours, and trained in gastrointestinal surgery at Sydney's Royal North Shore Hospital.
He subsequently undertook further specialist post-Fellowship training in both upper-gastrointestinal surgery and obesity surgery in Queensland, the United States, and France. He has initiated and published a number of leading research articles dealing with obesity and other areas of keyhole surgery.
He is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), and a member of the
Obesity Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (OSSANZ), the International Federation of Surgery for Obesity (IFSO), and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES).
He is also in active clinical practice at Concord General and
Repatriation Hospital, Hornsby Kuringai Hospital and the Sydney Adventist hospital. |
